Designed for the perfect support and comfort while running, the loose fit light weight outer shell makes for a more modest look while in public, while the full length liner keeps everything where it should be when running or at the gym. The liner also has pockets on each leg perfect for a phone or keys that won't bounce around while running. There is a button hole opening near the waist so if you run with headphones, the lead can run out through the top of the shorts. The outer shell has two hip pockets for conveinence as well as a sweat proof back waist pocket, perfect to stash the car key or some $$ while exercising.
